This is perfect for companies who pour a lot of beeswax or other Liquids requiring constant heat from tank to jar or mold. Never have your honey crystallize or your beeswax set up in your Ball Valve again.
- For different operations, its simple to remove and replace with our standard 3 way Ball Valve.
- Works with All of our Honey / Oil/ Wax Melter Tanks.
- Preassembled and ready to be installed on your Honey Tank (Oil / Wax Melters).
- Just plug in the HANDcraft™ Ball Valve Heater and you are ready to pour.
- Includes 1 ½” Stainless Steel Reducer Bell Coupling w/ ¾” Brass Ball Valve and 90 degree brass elbow, HANDcraft™ Ball Valve Heater, Foam Insulation for the Stainless Steel Bell Coupling.

Reducer for 1.5 inch Ball Valve
This reducer is great for filling bottles, candle molds, M&P molds, etc. right from the Oil / Wax Tank (Melter) (Heater).
Description:
- For those not quite ready for our Easy Fill Bottler, this is a great way to start filling your honey jars or beeswax candle molds.
- This will save considerable time on filling your honey jars and bottles as well as candle molds.
- This is much more efficient and less mess than pouring your honey or wax into a smaller container to then fill your bottles or molds.
- Fits right into our 1 1/2" (38mm) Ball Valve and allows you to turn the 1 1/2" valve fully on and adjust fluid flow or cut the flow on and off, with the smaller 1/2" (13mm) Ball Valve.
Specifications:
- Reduction from 1 1/2" (38mm) Ball Valve to a 3/8" (10mm) flow.
- Fully assembled, no pipe cement or Teflon tape needed to attach to 1 1/2" (38mm) Ball Valve.
- Will handle temps up to 220 F (104 C).
- Will handle most acids and alkalis.
Instructions for using Ball Valve Reducer:
- Thread the reducer into the ball valve, hand tight, so it is easy to remove. Plastic to plastic makes a good seal and does not need to be extremely tight.
- Make sure the reducer valve is closed.
- Open the big ball valve and then start dispensing, using the small ball valve on the reducer.
- When you are done, close the big valve and unscrew the reducer.
- Open the small valve and run a dowel rod or twist up a piece of rag and run through it to clean most of the honey, wax, lotion, etc. Wash, and you are ready for the next batch.
