Willow Way Professional Easy Fill Bottler

  • Honey Filling Machine will handle anything from warmed free flowing honey to thick warmed creamed honey. Its also great for oils, essential oils, lotions, creams, jams, jellies and salsas.
  • You should expect production rates of about 10 bottles per minute (600 per hour), starting out and to reach over 25 per minute (1500 per hour) with experience.
  • Manually or semi-automatically operated.
  • Our interchangeable product cylinders, range in size from, 3/8" in. to 2 in. (10mm to 50mm) in diameter, with a fill range from .06 to 8.7 fluid ounces (1.7 ml to 257ml), in a single stroke. We will work with you to find the optimum cylinder size or sizes for your application.
  • For most of our customers, the 2" (50mm) cylinder is the ideal size and will fill from, 2 oz. to 8.7 oz (60ml to 257ml) at a, 1/2% to 1%, accurate fill rate. You can however, fill as low as 1 oz. (30ml) with the 2" (50mm) cylinder, with an accuracy of 2% to 3%.
  • For filling large quantities, such as a quart or a liter, it is just a matter of making more fill cycles. For example; to fill 16 ounce containers, simply set the fill amount to, 8 ounces and cycle twice. Or, if filling a 250 milliliter container, set the fill amount to, 125ml and cycle twice.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is pneumatically operated. It requires 80 to 90 psi (pounds per square inch) of air and about 3.5 cfm (cubic feet per minute).
  • A small inexpensive compressor is all that is required.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is primarily designed to fill product into containers at estimated speeds of 5 to 20 cpm (containers per minute). Filling speeds are dependent upon the piston stroke length, the product being dispensed, the viscosity of the product the ID (inside diameter) of the discharge port in the nozzle and how the product reacts when it hits the bottom of the container.
  • For most products, you can clean by using warm water and a low suds soap. For some liquids and oils, cycling a little alcohol and water through will be sufficient.

What comes with your Willow Way Easy Fill Bottler

  • We supply you with a spare parts package consisting of valve and piston seals, quick clamp and gasket, and other parts deemed necessary for one year operation under every day usage.
  • We supply a How-To CD, with demos on various application and on how to clean and maintain the Easy Fill.
  • You also receive a detailed maintenance and parts manual.

Additional uses for Bottler

Pumping directly from another vessel; Oil Heater, drum, bucket, etc.

  • We can supply you with the necessary attachments to pump directly from another container.
  • Since this is custom fitted, we will need to quote this per your application needs.
  • Average cost is about $80 to $100.
    • Food grade hose, 3/4" to 1" depending on application
    • Quick connect and reduction fitting from the Ball Valve.
    • Stainless Steel, flare fitting with hose barb at the Easy Fill Bottler inlet.
    • All necessary, clamps to make connections.
  • We highly recommend if you wish to do this that you place the supply container above the Easy Fill Bottler so that the liquid is gravity fed. Although it can pull liquids below the level of the Easy Fill, sometimes air can be pulled into the system and disrupt the fill accuracy.
  • Very thick liquids such as heavy creams will not work well using this application.
  • This method is best used with warmed honey for better viscosity.

Specifications:

  • All metal product contact parts are made of stainless steel, the piston and valve spool are of Ertalyte and all "O"Rings and Gaskets will be made of Viton. The Viton seals will withstand petroleum products, essential and fragrance oils, vegetable oils and many solvent bases.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is equipped with a 5 gallon stainless steel hopper.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is supplied standard with a 2 inch (50mm) diameter stainless steel cylinder.
  • The machine frame is made of stainless steel.
  • All connections between the hopper and valve spool, cylinder and valve spool, and nozzle and valve spool are either quick disconnect clamps or quick disconnect fittings to aid in the ease when disassembling and cleaning.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is also equipped with two types of machine cycle, start mechanisms, an auto cycle mode and a single cycle foot pedal control.
  • Base is 19.5" by 9.5" and weighs approximately 75 LB.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is also equipped with adjustable, stroke rate, control valves, to allow the machines filling speed to be adjusted while the machine is in operation.
  • Operated by an Air Compressor (Not Included), 90 psi. (6.12 atm), and 1.5 cfm (43 lpm) or more, is all that’s required. Note: “atm & lpm” is a European standard. Your air compressor supplier will know what you need if you give them these figures.
  • These are available at most lumberyards and hardware stores.
  • The machine is designed to cycle up to, 40 times per minute.
